How do I delete my account?

To ensure you have full control over your data, we offer two ways to delete your account:

  1. Delete it yourself using the Web App or Mobile App

Follow these steps to delete your account yourself via our web app or mobile app:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to Settings in the web app or your profile in the mobile app.

  • Select “Delete Account.”

  • Follow the instructions to confirm the deletion.

Important: Before you delete your account, make sure you don’t have any active bike locker sessions and that all outstanding payments have been settled.

  1. Manual removal by Open To

If you are unable to delete your account yourself due to certain circumstances, you can ask us to do it for you. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to service@opento.be with the subject line “Request for manual account deletion.”

  • Include your username and the email address associated with your account.

  • Please send your request only from the email address associated with your account so that we can verify your identity.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, manually delete your account from our system within 5 business days.
